Brekky Hearty OatMeal

When it comes to breakfast rankings, oatmeal is pretty much at the bottom of the totem pole. Very few people actually want to eat oatmeal because it’s kinda boring. But to me, it’s the best – easiest, quickest, tastiest and healthiest.

Yes, I know eating the same food every day gets boring. The nice thing about oatmeal is its versatility. Look at oatmeal as a base for a variety of flavors. Top it with fresh berries and walnuts one day and sliced apples and cinnamon the next. Stir in some mashed banana and peanut butter or top with yogurt. Get creative but keep it healthy and be mindful of any calories you add.

These are some of my quickest brekky oat!

1) Berinanuts (Berries-Banana-Mixednuts)

4-5 tbsp instant oat

5 pcs strawberries

Handful blueberries

1 pc banana

Handful mixed nuts

1 cup low-fat banana fresh milk

2) Crunchy Squashy with Banana & Strawberry

4-5 tbsp instant oat

1 pc banana

5 pcs strawberries

Handful of pumpkin seeds

1 cup of low-fat banana fresh milk

3) Nutty-Blue-Rasp OatMeal (Almonds, Raspberries, Blueberries)

4-5 tbsp instant oat

7-10 pcs raspberries

Handful blueberries

Handful almond nuts

1 cup of low-fat banana fresh milk

4) Beri Crunchy OatMeal (Pomegranate, Blueberries, Almonds & Banana)

4-5 tbsp instant oat

Handful pomegranate

Handful blueberries

Handful almonds

Half banana

1 cup of low-fat banana fresh milk

5) Sweety Crunchy OatMeal (Walnuts, Banana, Blueberries)

4-5 tbsp instant oat

Handful walnuts

1 pc banana

Handful blueberries

1 cup of low-fat banana fresh milk
